The Not Serious Indie Game Adventurer Fattening Gathering was established in 2018, with the aim of allowing independent game developers and related practitioners to have a relaxed and comfortable communication environment. Recently created a FB fan special "Indie Game Brave Village" to report information on Taiwanese independent games.

Kaohsiung Indies Meet Up

Kaohsiung Indies Meet Up (KIMU) was established in 2012 with the assistance of the Kaohsiung City Digital Content Creation Center. We regularly assists the Economic Development Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government in organizing game developer gatherings, Game Jams, and Kaohsiung Game Week and other creative research activities. We are a non-profit community organization for international exchanges.

Taiwan Game Cooperation Development Association

The Taiwan Game Cooperation Development Association aims to gather game industry resources in Taiwan, promote the competitiveness and vigorous development of the game industry, and aim to benefit companies, groups and practitioners in the game industry in Taiwan. Our mission: 1. Integrate the professional knowledge and experience of people in various fields in the game industry, promote exchanges and enrich each other, and then enhance the energy and competitiveness of the game industry. 2. Efforts to promote the development and progress of Taiwan's game research and development environment, thereby enhancing the quality and competitiveness of game products. 3. To provide domestic and overseas business matching opportunities, so that Taiwanese game industry players can strive for cross-domain cooperation. 4. In line with international standards, expand the overseas game market, and help promote the export of Taiwan's game industry overseas.

GameWorks

Founded in 2024, it brings together veteran game producers, game development communities, and venture capital resources from over a decade of development in Taiwan's indie game scene. Through resource integration, it aims to build a sustainable ecosystem for game creation.

IGDA Taiwan

IGDA Taiwan started at 2001 and once suspended in 2008. Now it has been reinstated from 2012 by a group of new members. IGDA Taiwan is trying to enhance the game developer community here in Taiwan, and strengthen the relationship with international game developers.

The International Game Developers Association is the largest non-profit membership organization serving individuals that create video games. The mission of IGDA is to advance the careers and enhance the lives of game developers by connecting members with their peers, promoting professional development, and advocating on issues that affect the developer community.

IGDShare

Starting from 2011, IGDShare runs a series of small scale meetups for the independent game developers in Taiwan, encouraging the information exchanging and experience sharing among this community. We try to convey information and notable events, talks and articles about indie games around the world to local developers (and students as well). The ultimate goal is to get more people into the indie game community so there might be more fun games being made.

DIY Game Guild

We are a game developer community that has been running for 10 years. Started in 2010 as a player guild board from www.gamer.com.tw (Bahamut, the biggest Chinese-speaking gaming news hub and online community), we organize events and collaborative game design sessions for aspiring game developers, and enjoy the fun of game making together. With our on-going events, more and more teams are formed, and fun, interesting games are created!

TGDF Executive Committee

TGDF Executive Committee consists of many passionate personnel that are from different organizations and communities, and willing to put in their heart and soul to help the local game industry. 

Due to the joint efforts from these people, Taipei Game Developers Forum (TGDF) has been steadily growing over the years and reaching out to overseas, with the help from many domestic and international game developers and companies.
